EMMANUEL EVDEMON, B.A., LL.B. LL.L.

After receiving a Specialization
in International Relations and a Minor in Philosophy from
Concordia University in Montreal, Emmanuel lived in mainland
China from 1998 - 2000. He received his LL.B. and LL.L.
(magna cum laude) from the University of Ottawa. Emmanuel
was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and has practiced
in the field of Entertainment Law since his call. He has
had exposure to and worked on all aspects of production;
from development through to financing and distribution.
He has a particular passion for facilitating the development
of content for the mobile media market and continues to
hone his skills in this emerging area of law.
Emmanuel is a member in good standing of the Law Society
of Upper Canada as well as the Secretary of the Entertainment Media and Communications
Section of the Ontario Bar Association. Emmanuel's other memberships
include the Canadian Bar Association and the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers
Association. Emmanuel has guest lectured at the Faculty of Music at
the University of Toronto. He has provided research and editorial input
for updates to the legal text, "Canadian Film & Television Business
& Legal Practice" by Tony Duarte. |
